Alice and Jordan

Today's post is of my Australian sister, Alice.  Alice was an exchange student in my home while my family lived in Hawaii in 2006.  She's remained close to my family and we have been able to cross paths with her in exotic places like Germany, France,  and Utah over the last several years.  She's grown into a beautiful young woman and she is quite a sister to me.  I was able to see her while I was in Utah last month.  It was wonderful seeing her after almost a year.  While there, I took photographs of her at American Fork Canyon, and at the end of the shoot, in slipped her handsome young man, Jordan...her reason for being in Utah.  They have a such a sweet love story.  When I did this shoot, they were not yet engaged, but!  Now they are!  As my mother said when looking at these images, "They just look like they belong together."  And it's true.  So, here's to beautiful friendships, love, family, and hopefully a trip to Australia someday!
