Hungry?

Food is a cultural experience. Whoever decides to limit food in their life is insane! Please excuse my strong words. Just look below at what you would be missing out on if you didn't enjoy a slice of this and a scoop of that. These are all pictures of food that I've actually eaten (YUM!) all through Europe and the United States. Food speaks so much of culture and tradition. I don't think you could enjoy a place fully without discovering what goes on in the kitchen. YUM. SCHMECKT GUT. GUSTOSO. SABROSO.
Ich bin ein Berliner! Most delicious sugary, powdery, gooey goodness straight from Germany.

This picture was on my blog recently, but I had to share it again.  I really didn't think seafood could EVER be this good.  Bubba Gump Shrimp in L.A.

My mouth waters every time I look at this picture.  Jager Schnitzel with kase spatzle. GAH! So good.  Ramsteiner Hof in Ramstein, Germany.

There's nothing better than a good German salad and the creamy, cucumbery salad dressing.  This salad accompanied the schnitzel above.

Homemade goodness for a wedding reception.  Raspberry lemonade and chocolate cake.

This is a homemade Italian meal I made with real Italian ingredients.  Yummm.  Pasta alla Carabonara and REAL Lasagna.  Sorry, Americans, you have no idea what real lasagna is.

This is Clarice taking a bite out of a Panini in Paris.  Can anyone say YUM?!

Back to delicious Italian food.  Oil....exquisite.  And gli spaghetti! BUONISSIMI!

Found right in Rexburg, a hot and spicy mexican restaurant, Ramirez. I could go for a good chicken burrito anytime.

More homemade goodness!  The beginnings of a ragu', and asparagus.  Three cheers for asparagus!

A juicy grape growing in my backyard.  Well...not anymore.  Allie ate it :)

This is a nutella banana crepe hot off the pan in Paris.  Ahhhh....

Freshly baked pretzels in Salzburg, Austria.  As soon as I get back to Germany, I'm getting myself a butter pretzel with chives.

Hot and juicy Wiener Schnitzel and potatoes in Salzburg, Austria. I really think german food wins.

Apfel Strudel!

Abbey about to eat a scrumptious Doner Kebab in Heidelberg, Germany.  If you go to Europe, you MUST eat a doner kebab!

Delectable cannoli in Roma, Italy.

Home cooked steak and chicken on the grill, by my texas lovin' brother, Parker.

This may actually be the only picture of food where I didn't actually taste the food.  This was taken at a market in Florence, Italy.  It looked and SMELLED really good.  I'm sure it was!

You haven't had a real bratwurst, until you eat a real German one!
Homemade cookies for a wedding reception.  These were really fun to make!
Of course I had to include a picture of a pumpkin pie.  In my opinion, Pumpkin Pie is the best thing on earth.  Really...it is.  Don't argue that with me!
 Homemade christmas cookies.
Mariah enjoying the best soup and salad I've ever had at Zupa's in Provo, Utah.

A relatively good pizza margherita at Terra Mia in Provo, Utah.  I was pleasantly surprised.

 Apfelsaftschole.  Mouth. Watering.
Ok, I didn't taste this either, but isn't it beautiful?  This is a picture of my friend Clarice's cake that she was decorating for a class.  It's unfinished in this picture.  I think it turned to really cool!
One of the best pizza's I've ever had!  Artichoke pizza in Verona, Italy.

I think you all can tell that I adore good food.  Maybe I should be a food photographer and taste all the samples?  Yes.  I think that would be a good idea!
