Recently, my friend Justin Brunson posted this home video that he made last year which includes his adventures of last summer.  In part of this little video you can see me working with my medium format camera.  I have all the film negatives from these photo shoots and tried finding the digital negatives that I made.  I can't seem to find them anywhere and I may have lost them when my computer crashed in December.  But not to worry!  I'll get more digital copies soon and share with you the photos that both Justin and I took last summer.  But for now, enjoy this cool video!

Kayla + Kyle {Engagement}

While in Utah, I stopped in Park City to take engagement portraits for Kayla and Kyle.  Our location was at first an odd request I thought, but the location turned out to be perfect.  We took these images in an old graveyard!  I made sure to not photograph any gravestones...hopefully you don't spy one in the background :)  I love how these images turned out and we had a great time, too!  Kayla had some fun requests for poses.  The future Mr. and Mrs. Whittle will be married in Utah on October 5th.  Congratulations to them both!  

Kayla loves this image of She and Him and asked that I recreate it.  

Well, it's not exact, but I think we did a good job!  Kayla totally has the smolder down. 

 This was another fun pose Kayla requested.  There's a popular photo in Pinterest that is very similar to this one.  I didn't have a wide enough lens and I couldn't get high enough to recreate it perfectly, so we improvised.  I think it looks great!

 BEAUTIFUL.  These two look wonderful together.  And I'd like to mention that this gorgeous girl is not wearing makeup.  I hope she doesn't mind that I mentioned that!  She's absolutely beautiful!

I have successfully found a place that develops film nearby!  I have been looking for one for awhile.  I'm so excited!  I'll be much more motivated to keep shooting with film.  Over the last month, I have shot three rolls of film in various places.  These are just a few of the images from the month of April.  More are soon to follow!
